Zhejiang Sanhua Intelligent Controls Co., Ltd. (Stock code: 2050) (“Sanhua”) was successfully listed on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited on 23 June 2025. Sanhua is engaged in research and development (“R&D”), production and sales of refrigeration and air-conditioning product components and automotive components, which are widely used in the refrigeration and air – conditioning product market and the automotive market, including both of new energy vehicles (“NEVs”) and traditional fuel vehicles.
