Confucius International CPA Limited was established in 2016. It is a licensed and practicing accounting firm in Hong Kong, qualified as an auditor for public interest entities. It is also the sole member firm of the renowned Pan-China Certified Public Accountants in the Hong Kong region. Relying on a professional team of nearly 900 people in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, it gathers certified public accountants from both Hong Kong and the Chinese mainland, as well as those with multiple international certifications. It has long served financial institutions and Hong Kong subsidiaries of state-owned enterprises, providing high-quality and comprehensive professional services to its clients.  

All directors of our firm are seasoned accounting professionals with extensive experience in financial accounting and auditing. Performance In The Capital Market

As of December 31, 2024, Pan-China served 758 listed clients, including 751 listed on the Shanghai, Shenzhen and Beijing Stock Exchanges, accounting for 13.93% of all listed companies, 11 H‑share companies (with 5 additional domestic annual report clients), and 15 approved ‑IPO companies. In 2024, 7 IPOs were approved and 11 completed under its audit. The firm acted as the principal auditor for 6 central state‑owned enterprises and a participating auditor for 16 others, covering 20.95% of central SOEs (excluding financial institutions), and served 10 national financial institution clients, representing 3.75% of the total.
