As of December 31, 2024, Pan-China audited a total of 758 listed company clients, of which 751 were in Shanghai, Shenzhen and Beijing Stock Exchange, representing 13.93% of the total number of listed companies; 11 H-share companies (plus another 5 companies for engaging in domestic annual reporting); 15 approved to-be-listed companies. In 2024, Pan-China has 7 IPOs being approved and 11 IPOs issued. We are engaged as principal auditors in 6 central enterprise clients and as participating auditors in another 16 central enterprise clients, representing 20.95% (22/105, excluding financial enterprises); There are 10 clients of national financial institutions, accounting for 3.75% (10/267, including 9 other financial enterprises that need central overall management).
